WEEK 6

1.       From your personal experience what is the best presentation you have ever observed? What was it that made it  so memorable?  What did it inspire you to do? What have you learned from that experience?

During my university days in the United Kingdom, we had to give a presentation on scarcity, we the class of  30 students were divided  into 5 groups.  On the day of presentation the best presentations  amongst the group was the scarcity of various resources in African nations. The presentation was given by Ajibola, Natasha, Nicolia,  Mujaffar and John. We including our lecturer were very impressed by the presentation, even bought tears in our eyes because we were thoroughly touched by  the situation of the  deprived people and the way it was presented  was very impressive. We even gave them a standing ovation.
The scarcity people are suffering i.e no proper water to drink, no food to eat, risk of lives  etc. The presentation focused on these main scarcity and the peoples suffering,  after that presentation I was satisfied with what I  had with me, rather than  morning about what I don’t have.
After that video I was truly inspired to help deprived people, people in need. It doesn’t matter if a skip a lunch in a restaurant there is nothing to feel bad about it, there are people who  are not able to eat for weeks.  So from then  I  have always donated  money to save the children 5 pound a month, a little from  everyone would mean a lot to  them.
