Task 3

Doing my  last year in bachelor in business administration specializing in International business it high time for me  to  think about my future  figure what my next step  should be and work hard to attain the desired goal by now I have a clear  idea about my future goal, I have been thinking about it for  a very long time that I want to  enter in  service sector,  because helping people make me happy from within. So as my next career step I would like to enter in service sector.  People might say there is  less  money or I am  studying business  but entering service sector but I know  I will  be very much satisfied if I  enter service sector  rather than any other  sector because at the end  of the day you should feel  happy and  satisfied in whatever you  do be that the food you eat, the things you do, the  cloths you wear or the work you do.
From childhood I was into helping everyone, in school I was in red cross,  that time went  to  places where  people suffered from landslide, distributed them food and  clothes which  we had raised from  school, worked as a volunteer in  maiti Nepal (gaushala) and  bal ashram (naxal),  ADRA (jwalakhel). Everyone has their own interest in their respective  field if you ask  my  fellow  students most  of  them  will  say  finance and  banking sector  because it is  their point of interest.
My main motivation  in entering  social service  sector is raise awareness, spread education,  help  in  development,  help  improve skills  and  knowledge. I had been  in  the U.K for almost  4  years and  seen  them  developed I  want to  do  something  from  my  side  for  the  development  of  my country,  I have seen women  and  children been  tortured, children  dying  because  of malnutrition,  women are  sold  in different  countries all this is  because of un education. So I want to enter in a certain job where I shall help to lighten these core issues.

TASK 2

Career Anchor represents a unique combination of perceived career competence, motives  and values. The Career  Anchors self assessments allows you  to identify your career anchor. The questions were developed by legendary Edgar Schein a leader in a field of career  and professional  studies. It is one element in your self concept that you will not give up  even in  the face of of difficult choices. One should take this test to understand their preference  which will  help them plan their career in a way that is most satisfying for them.People will be more fulfilled in their careers if they can acknowledge their career anchors and seek jobs that are appropriate for those.

Write the results of  Career  Anchor  Test

what were the results ?  Were  you suprised ?  How does the industry you are planning on  going  into  fit with your results? What are your  strengths?

The result I got from  the Career Anchor Test really did satisfy  me, The highest  point I  got  was on  Service   dedication to  a  cause. I  was a bit surprised with my result as I  have  this urge from my childhood as i  might say to  do something from  my side for the development of the society so  my  main focus or point of interest for employment is NGO's and INGO's  such as ADRA  Nepal,  KRIPA,  MAITI  Nepal, SAVE THE CHILDREN etc  and the result was exactly the same SERVICE DEDICATION  TO A CAUSE.
