Task 1

Introduce yourself. 

    I am a self motivated, ambitious individual with good communication skills across all ages. I have retail and customer service experience and wish to develop my service skills. I am interested in administration as well as creative works whilst doing a final year of my degree in Business Administration. I am skilled at working as part of a team. I have good communication skills, and have used these effectively in several works I have passed. I am bilingual in English and Hindi so this enables me to communicate with Non English speakers and at times acting as a translator for Hindi speakers.

Self  SWOT.

 SWOT basically means  a structured  method  used to evaluate the Strength,  Weakness, opportunities and Threats.

Strength: self motivated,hardworking, enthusiastic  individual with a  positive attitude towards  life.
    
Weakness:  get  nervous while speaking in public.

Opportunities:  Currently  perusing Bachelor degree,  specializing  in  International business. after graduation there  will be  job  opportunity  basically in Business organizations or Corporate offices.

Threats: As there will  be more more  students passing out with me the percentage of  getting the job is low  so i will  have to stand out from  the crowd and to do  that I will have to work very hard.

The strength that you  would  like  to  develop one year down the line.

   As  and undergraduate  I am  preparing myself  to compete with  other graduates after a  years time by  holding a  first class degree for sure, I  am focused on improving  my public  speaking  skills, getting more  practical knowledge by  researching  about  the market  and   training also     some sort  of internship  in  similar company I  want to  start my career in  to gain real  working experience.  Increase  my confidence  level and  be more  adaptable to  the outside working environment  and  be able to  work  under pressure in  the past pace  market  being presentable and  with confidence.
